This time, 39 Party members from the Party Organisations of Moc Chau Farm and Moc Chau towns received the badges.

Speaking at the ceremony, Viet congratulated the Party members who received the honour. He encouraged them to continue to set an example, maintain and promote the revolutionary qualities of a Party member, and contribute to building the Party, government, mass organizations, and movements in their localities. He also urged them to inspire their children and grandchildren to comply with the Party's policies and the State laws, thus contributing to the ongoing development of Moc Chau district.

This time, the Party Organisation of Moc Chau district had 75 Party members honoured with badges featuring their membership of 30 to 70 years, including 13 receiving badges of 60 years or more.
