2/9 Bo Muoi Kindergarten earns level 1 national standard certification

The 2/9 Bo Muoi Kindergarten in Thuan Chau district held a ceremony on May 23 to receive the level 1 national standard certification and level 2 educational quality accreditation.

Established in 2003, the school currently operates one central campus and four satellite sites, with 31 teachers and employees, 93.5% of them meeting qualification standards, and 476 students.

Over the years, funded by the state budget and community contributions, the school has upgraded facilities, purchased teaching equipment, and successfully implemented the new early childhood education curriculum alongside innovative teaching methods. The school has actively promoted the programme “Building friendly schools – active students.”

In the 2024–2025 academic year, the school achieved a 100% enrollment rate for children of eligible age. Ethnic minority five-year-olds received enhanced Vietnamese language support, ensuring they are well-prepared for entry into Grade 1. The rates of healthy, well-behaved, and regularly attending children reached 98% or higher. In addition, the school organised extracurricular activities, creating spaces for children to experience, explore, and develop comprehensively.

The 2/9 Bo Muoi Kindergarten receives level 1 national standard certification.

With these achievements, on January 10, 2025, the provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 72/QD-UBND recognising the kindergarten as meeting level 1 national standard.

On December 23, 2024, the provincial Department of Education and Training issued Decision No. 1352/QD-SGDDT granting the school level 2 certification in educational quality assessment.

Individuals receive certificates of merit by the provincial Department of Education and Training.
