30 breeding goats presented to poor households in Hong Ngai commune

The provincial Red Cross Society on November 11 presented 15 pairs of breeding goats to poor households affected by Typhoon Yagi in Hong Ngai commune, Bac Yen district.

 

Breeding goats are presented to poor households in Hong Ngai commune.

The breeding goats have a total value of more than 80 million VND (3,160 USD), sponsored by the Hanoi Auto Parts JSC. Each household received a pair of fully vaccinated breeding goats, weighing an average of 15 kg per head. In addition, households were also instructed on how to care for and prevent diseases for goats and livestock in general.

A television is given to the Hong Ngai Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

On this occasion, the provincial Red Cross also presented 15 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, more than 700 jackets for students, and a television to the Hong Ngai Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, with a total value of 120 million VND.
