The beneficiaries are poor and near-poor households and those just getting rid of poverty. All breeding cows are vaccinated and quarantined, with good health and sufficient weight before being given to the residents. In the coming time, the communal People's Committee will continue to guide them on how to care for the cows. The programme helps ethnic minorities have conditions to develop their economy, and escape poverty sustainably.
