Currently, the hamlet has 170 households belonging to three ethnic groups of Thai, Muong and Kinh. Carrying out the task of building a model new-style rural area, every week, officials from the district’s offices and divisions came to the hamlet to, together with local people, implement works under the programme "Day to come to the grassroots to build new-style rural areas". In addition, the hamlet also held meetings to agree on people's contribution levels to expand roads.
With the support of the State, the hamlet mobilised over 100 million VND (4,078 USD), and donated 3,000sq.m of land to expand roads. Cultural, art and sports activities are given due attention. The rate of people owning health insurance cards reaches 99.5%. All households gain access to stable and safe electricity; and security and order are ensured. Now the hamlet has 134 households with good income, and no more poor households. Its average income per capita surpasses 45 million VND a year.
