A total of 182 second- and third-year students majoring in nursing, pharmacy, and midwifery are participating in the competition, the 16th of its kind. Contestants will go through both theoretical and practical assessments.
The theoretical section consists of a 60-minute multiple-choice test with 60 questions. The practical section follows a station-based format, with five stations covering five common medical techniques. Each station lasts seven minutes. The competition focuses on essential techniques from foundational and specialised subjects.
The competition is held annually by the college to create a professional competition environment, enhance students' skills and knowledge, and recognise outstanding students. It also serves as a source of motivation for students to improve and excel in their fields.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the contestants took part in the theoretical part. The competition is scheduled to conclude with an award ceremony on March 14.
