The provincial Department of Construction on July 14 organised a training conference to provide professional guidance for commune- and ward-level officials in areas under its state management.

The conference brought together representatives of the Department of Construction, leaders of the People's Committees and civil servants from specialised offices of 75 communes and wards.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on several key topics, including procedures for developing general commune-level planning; regulations on house and building numbering and signage in accordance with Circular No. 08/2024/TT-BXD and Circular No. 09/2025/TT-BXD issued by the Ministry of Construction; and management and maintenance of road and urban infrastructure systems overseen by commune and ward-level authorities.
They also covered accounting procedures for road infrastructure assets; compensation unit prices for actual damage to houses and structures during state land acquisition; construction unit prices; project appraisal and construction permitting processes; construction order management; inspection and acceptance of completed construction works across the province; and the registration of inland waterway vehicles.
