At the event, staff, teachers, and learners from the Bac Yen Continuing Education Centre received information from officers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 and the Bac Yen commune police on key provisions of the Road Traffic Law, road traffic safety regulations, and common violations that lead to traffic accidents. Participants were also provided with safe traffic participation skills, civil behaviour in traffic, and methods for checking vehicle safety before operating.

In addition, the programme featured awareness-raising sessions on the dangers and consequences of prostitution and sexual abuse; fire safety measures for households, rental accommodations, dormitories, and semi-boarding schools; fire response skills; and distribution of leaflets outlining updates to the Law on Fire Prevention and Rescue. It also covered child drowning prevention strategies, basic first aid skills, fire extinguisher usage, and the signing of commitments to implement drug prevention measures.

The programme aimed to equip staff, teachers, and students with essential knowledge and skills related to traffic safety, promote a sense of responsibility and respectful behaviour in traffic, and enhance awareness and compliance with legal regulations on prevention of drugs, violence, sexual abuse, weapons, explosives, supporting tools, and fireworks. It also sought to reduce legal violations within schools and the local community to the lowest possible level.
