The youth union and women's association of the department have effectively implemented the emulation movements "Young Police Officers Study and Follow the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho" (2023–2025) and "Brave, Humane, Disciplined, and Responsible Policewomen for National Security and Family Happiness" (2022–2026). These efforts have been closely linked with other emulation movements within the force at various levels, yielding significant results and creating widespread positive influence. They have inspired and encouraged officials, and union and association members to take the lead in fulfilling their assigned tasks.

Through these emulation movements, many exemplary young and female officers have emerged in professional work, combat duties, and the development of youth and women affairs. Their contributions have been recognised, commended, and rewarded at various levels. Over the past five years, more than 100 collectives and over 800 individuals have been commended and awarded by the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Public Security, and the provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Youth Union, and Women's Union, as well as the Director of the provincial Department of Public Security.
