Son La carries out 29 sci-tech tasks

Since the beginning of the year, the provincial Department of Science and Technology has coordinated with various sectors and units to implement 29 sci-tech tasks, including 26 at the provincial level, two under the rural and mountainous programme, and one at the national level.

During the period, 11 provincial-level research and technology development results have been handed over for application and replication.

Efforts have been intensified in managing intellectual property and developing product brands; registering protection and building a certification trademark management system for four products: "Moc Chau Crispy Persimmon," "Son La Strawberry," "Van Ho Bamboo Shoot," and "Ngoc Chien Sticky Rice." 

Additionally, 26 initiatives have been recognised for province-wide application and impact.
