Son La promotes digitalisation in administrative procedure processing

The Office of the provincial People’s Committee on September 9 organised a training conference on the digitalisation of administrative procedure processing results and the handling of administrative services regardless of administrative boundaries within the province. The conference was connected online to the People's Committee offices of all communes and wards across the province.

Participants included leaders, officials, and civil servants from various departments, agencies, and sectors assigned to work at the provincial Public Administration Service Centre; staff from the provincial Tax Department, Social Insurance Agency, and Department of Public Security; as well as leaders and officials of public administration service centres at the commune and ward levels.

During the training, staff from the provincial Public Administration Service Centre and technical personnel from Son La Telecommunications provided an overview of the objectives and implementation strategies of Government Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated March 26, 2025. 

The session covered guidance on digitalising administrative records, reusing records and administrative procedure results, receiving and processing cross-boundary administrative procedure dossiers for organisations and individuals, accessing information on indexes for serving citizens and businesses in administrative procedures and public services, and compiling quarterly and annual reports evaluating administrative procedure processing performance.

Additionally, the participants shared experience on receiving and returning results of administrative procedures within the province, as well as discussed and addressed challenges and obstacles encountered during the process.
