Educational institutions have innovated and improved training quality while focusing on collaboration with businesses for effective training.

The province has enrolled and trained 14,543 individuals, achieving 75% of the annual plan. They include 123 students in higher education, 598 in intermediate training, 2,480 in basic training, 512 taking part in training programmes lasting less than three months, and 4,457 engaging in technology transfer workshops.
