Yen Chau launches 392 online public services

Since the beginning of this year, the Yen Chau district People's Committee has directed communes and Yen Chau town to urge officials and civil servants in administrative processing units to accelerate the digitisation of records and administrative procedures in the electronic environment.

Residents have been guided in creating accounts on the National Public Service Portal, submitting applications, and paying fees online, with a particular focus on procedures related to civil status and judicial affairs, as well as labour, war invalids, and social welfare services.

A civil servant in Chieng Sang commune processes administrative procedures for citizens through the VNeID application.

Currently, the district is implementing 392 fully online public services, with 85% of applications processed through the National Public Service Portal. By the end of 2025, the district aims to have over 90% of administrative procedures handled entirely online.
