Following the merger of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) branches in Son La, Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces, SBV Region III now oversees a large area with a substantial workload. The Traffic Police Division under the Son La provincial Department of Public Security, in coordination with the Chieng Sinh ward police, on September 19 organised a programme to raise awareness and provide safe motorcycle and moped riding skills to more than 1,200 students and teachers of Son La High School for the Gifted.
