Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Ha Trung Chien on March 16 chaired a meeting on the construction of boarding schools in 13 border communes, and investment plans for equipment procurement, as well as the implementation of a scheme to organise staffing at primary and secondary boarding schools there. The meeting was held online and connected to 13 border communes across the province.

These visible changes come from the environmental protection movement of Women’s Union members, which has helped transform the rural landscape.
