Ahead of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947–2026), Vi Duc Tho, member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Council, visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick veterans in Tuong Ha commune on July 23.
