    A provincial delegation led by Cha A Cua, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, on September 10 inspected the construction progress of the Primary and Secondary Boarding Schools in Muong Hung and Chieng Khoong communes. The delegation included Ha Trung Chien, Member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, as well as leaders of provincial departments and agencies, representatives of the project investors and contractors.
