Hoang Van Nghiem, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Head of the province’s Delegation to the National Assembly, on August 26 attended a ceremony to present Party membership badges to members of the Chieng An ward Party Organisation on the occasion of the National Day (September 2).
