The 8th Congress of the Son La provincial Journalists Association for the 2026–2031 term was held at Studio S350 of Son La Newspaper and Radio-Television on July 26.
The Youth Union of the provincial Party Agencies on July 26 offered incense in memory of fallen heroes at the Son La Prison Martyrs' Cemetery on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – 2026).
The Son La provincial Youth Union on July 26 mobilised more than 1,500 members from all 79 chapters to simultaneously join the “Green Sunday” campaign, carrying out a wide range of meaningful activities for the community and in tribute to fallen heroes.
The Youth Union and the Veterans' Association of Son La Newspaper and Radio-Television on July 24 visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families, including former leaders and staff members of the agency, as well as relatives of its officials, civil servants and employees who are entitled to war invalid or sick soldier benefits.
The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Chieng An ward, in coordination with the provincial Centre for Disease Control, the Youth Union of the Mobile Police Division under the provincial Department of Public Security, and the Chieng An ward Women's Union, on July 24 organised a series of activities to honour fallen heroes and individuals who rendered meritorious service to the revolutionary cause in the ward.
