The contest featured 33 contestants in the individual category and eight teams in the group category from kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in the commune. Participants showcased their designs at Mu Nau Farm. The ethnic costumes were created by the teams with inspiration drawn from the beauty of various flowers, including cherry blossoms, plum blossoms, ban (Bauhinia) flowers, mustard flowers, apricot blossoms, and wild sunflowers, harmoniously combined with traditional ethnic materials to create distinctive outfits.
For the individual performances, the time limit ranged from 3 to 7 minutes, while group performances lasted from 5 to 10 minutes. Through their presentations, contestants highlighted the cultural beauty and people of the Moc Chau plateau to participating residents and visitors.

The event aimed to bring the image of Moc Chau’s flower season closer to visitors nationwide, while honouring and promoting the locality’s majestic natural beauty, unique and rich cultural identity, and the distinctive values of the Moc Chau National Tourist Area, recognised as a leading natural destination in the world. It also helped promote the natural beauty, culture, and outstanding tourist attractions across Moc Chau ward.

At the end, the organising board awarded three first, two second, and three third prizes in the group category; and three first, four second, and ten third prizes in the individual category. In addition, special awards were presented for the most creative costume, the most beautiful costume, the most impressive costume, and the best presentation.
