At the conference, Khanh, former Secretary of the Party Delegation and former Chairman of the People’s Committee, handed over the tasks of the Chairperson of the People's Committee (15th tenure) to Viet, and those of the Secretary of the Party Delegation to the People's Committee to Trang Thi Xuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Delegation and Standing Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee.
Both Viet and Xuan have assumed their new tasks since November 7.

Following the handover, Viet performs the tasks of the Chairperson of the People's Committee, ensuring its smooth, continuous, and efficient operations, while Xuan works to maintain the activities of the Party Delegation.
