Great National Unity Festival celebrated in Ta So hamlets

The Great National Unity Festival was held in Ta So 1 and Ta So 2 hamlets, Chieng Hac commune, Moc Chau district on November 9.

In a joyful and vibrant atmosphere, delegates and local residents reviewed the 94-year history of the Vietnam National United Front, the precursor of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 – 2024); and highlighted the results of various campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in 2024.

Over the past years, Ta So 1 and Ta So 2, home to over 340 Mong households, have demonstrated strong solidarity and strived to effectively carry out the campaigns and emulation movements launched by local authorities. As a result, their living conditions have gradually improved, rural infrastructure developed, and political security, social order and safety well-maintained.In addition, locals have actively developed community-based tourism, attracting visitors to explore and experience the local culture. This has motivated them to preserve and promote their traditional cultural identity, contributing to the diversification of Moc Chau’s tourism products.

At the festival, Luu Minh Quan, member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and head of the committee’s Mass Mobilization Board, urged the Party cells, management boards, and grassroots mass organizations in the two hamlets to persuade the residents to comply with the policies and guidelines of the Party, the State laws, and local rules. 

He emphasized the importance of fostering solidarity among the people, encouraging them to actively participate in campaigns and emulation movements, and focus on socio-economic development, while ensuring security and order, and improving the material and spiritual lives of local residents.
