With a total budget of 60 million VND (2,278 USD), the delegation awarded 40 scholarships to disadvantaged students, along with many practical items such as red T-shirts with yellow stars, fire extinguishers, national flags, and souvenirs. At the event, the provincial Department of Public Security’s PC07 Division also directly provided fire prevention and firefighting training and guidance to teachers, students, and local residents.
