The competition drew 16 teams from eight communes and wards in the cluster - Moc Chau, Moc Son, Thao Nguyen, Van Son, Doan Ket, Long Sap, Chieng Son and Tan Yen. Each team comprised 10 official members alongside supporting participants and competed across three parts: self-introduction, knowledge and a communications skit.
With thorough preparation, the teams demonstrated legal knowledge and flexible handling of local situations, highlighting the core role of grassroots security and order protection forces in the new context.
