Attending the event were leaders of the provincial Department of Laboir, War Invalids and Social Affairs; representatives of 24 businesses, employers, and training institutions inside and outside the province; along with more than 2,000 workers, youth union members, and students from secondary and high schools in the district.
At the fair, businesses gave local workers, people and students information about the labour market and the requirements of employers. At the same time, 24 booths were arranged to introduce vacancies, ages, and businesses’ needs and policies for workers.
Enterprises and units organised exchanges with workers and signed labour contracts directly with qualified people; provided consultations and guided workers to prepare documents and conduct procedures for labour export to Japan and Germany. Some universities and colleges also delivered consultations and career orientations for students and workers.
The event helped workers in Phu Yen district find suitable jobs and created conditions for employers to choose human resources that meet their needs.
