The delegation works with representatives from Bo Sinh commune.

The delegation directly surveyed the housing conditions of two households eligible for support in Pat and Ten hamlets, Bo Sinh commune. The survey showed that the households were all eligible beneficiaries for support and are currently facing housing difficulties, with their houses seriously deteriorated and no longer safe for daily living.

At the working session, representatives of the relevant units and the commune focused on discussing and assessing each case in detail as a basis for determining appropriate support levels, ensuring support is provided to the right beneficiaries and in line with actual needs. They also clarified issues related to land ownership for house construction, design plans, and the families’ counterpart funding to ensure the construction process can be implemented smoothly and in accordance with legal regulations.
