Since the beginning of 2026, the Ta Xua commune People’s Committee has focused on directing and implementing the province’s administrative reform plans, completing 17 of the 34 tasks set out in its plan. For tasks assigned by the provincial People’s Committee and its chairperson, the commune has proactively delegated responsibilities and followed up on implementation, completing 532 of 654 tasks, or 81.3%.
In handling administrative procedures, the commune’s one-stop-shop unit has publicly posted 333 procedures under its jurisdiction. The commune has received and processed 2,780 applications, with 98.8% completed ahead of schedule. Facilities and equipment for receiving and processing applications have been largely upgraded and standardised. The commune has also expanded the use of digital signatures in administration, management and document processing, with 99.7% of documents digitally signed and issued online.
The province’s shared information systems have been handed over by specialised agencies under the provincial People’s Committee and put into operation in accordance with regulations, supported by digital infrastructure. During the year, the commune organised four training sessions, reaching more than 200 officials, civil servants, public employees and members of community digital technology teams, who were introduced to the use of AI for information searches and professional tasks.
The inspection delegation recognised the efforts made by the Ta Xua commune People’s Committee in carrying out administrative reform tasks. At the same time, it asked the commune to continue reviewing and addressing shortcomings, strengthen administrative discipline and order, and accelerate the implementation and completion of tasks under its administrative reform plan, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
The delegation also called on the commune to promptly issue a decision assigning responsibility for the self-review of legal normative documents in accordance with regulations. In addition, the commune was urged to soon bring administrative procedures relating to associations and funds under its jurisdiction to the one-stop-shop unit of the Public Administration Service Centre for processing, while stepping up communication efforts to raise businesses’ and residents’ awareness of the benefits of completing administrative procedures online via the National Public Service Portal./.
