The province’s shared information systems have been handed over by specialised agencies under the provincial People’s Committee and put into operation in accordance with regulations, supported by digital infrastructure. During the year, the commune organised four training sessions, reaching more than 200 officials, civil servants, public employees and members of community digital technology teams, who were introduced to the use of AI for information searches and professional tasks.

The inspection delegation recognised the efforts made by the Ta Xua commune People’s Committee in carrying out administrative reform tasks. At the same time, it asked the commune to continue reviewing and addressing shortcomings, strengthen administrative discipline and order, and accelerate the implementation and completion of tasks under its administrative reform plan, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

The delegation also called on the commune to promptly issue a decision assigning responsibility for the self-review of legal normative documents in accordance with regulations. In addition, the commune was urged to soon bring administrative procedures relating to associations and funds under its jurisdiction to the one-stop-shop unit of the Public Administration Service Centre for processing, while stepping up communication efforts to raise businesses’ and residents’ awareness of the benefits of completing administrative procedures online via the National Public Service Portal./.
