The Trang Nam hamlet satellite campus of Hoa Ban Preschool in Yen Son commune currently has 26 children, all from the Xinh Mun ethnic minority group. Learning conditions remain inadequate, facilities are deteriorating, and there are no auxiliary works. The school has to borrow classrooms from Dong Bau Primary and Secondary School. The classroom measures about 30 sq.m, with no toilets and poor infrastructure.

The “Loving School – Supporting Children's Journey to School” project includes two classrooms, one teacher residence, a water tank, a covered yard, a parking area and a perimeter fence. The “Lighting Up Border Roads” project will install 60 solar-powered lights, illuminating 1.3 km of rural roads and the school campus.
Their total funding exceeds 900 million VND, financed by organisations and individuals. The projects are expected to be completed and put into use by the start of the 2026–2027 academic year.

The implementation of the two projects helps improve teaching and learning conditions for students in border areas, ensure security and traffic safety, and enhance the quality of life for local residents.
