At the workshop, delegates were presented with information on market development and agricultural value chains; the promotion of digital transformation and innovation aligned with green standards in production, processing, and product consumption; as well as updates on policy directions for the 2026–2030 period in line with the province’s practical conditions.
During discussions, cooperatives raised challenges in agricultural product sale and suggested that relevant authorities strengthen management of agricultural materials, develop handbooks on plant protection products and pest control for farmers, build agricultural value chains, and enhance promotion of local products.
Cooperatives also expressed a desire for support in traceability, VietGAP certification, and planting area codes for export. Meanwhile, communes proposed developing and scaling livelihood models linked to value chains and enhancing local capacity in applying scientific, technical, and digital technologies.
Experts and representatives from provincial departments received feedback and clarified some issues relating to support mechanisms, safe production procedures, value chain development, and procedures for issuing planting area codes and VietGAP certificates, providing cooperatives and localities with the information needed for effective implementation.
The organisers recorded numerous contributions from experts, managers, and production stakeholders. This feedback serves as a basis for evaluating past programme results, identifying limitations, proposing appropriate solutions and policies, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the national target programmes, promoting sustainable agricultural development and increasing local incomes.
