This activity was part of the sub-project “Strengthening Inclusive Supply Chain Innovations in Son La,” under the GREAT Project funded by the Australian Government. The project has been implemented since 2017 with a total investment of 67.4 million AUD (48 million USD), focusing on supporting ethnic minority women in the northwestern region to enhance their economic resilience through agricultural and tourism development.

Delegates also engaged in discussions on each stage of the supply chain, including production, harvesting, transportation, storage, processing, and market access. They assessed existing innovations, identified strengths and limitations, and proposed solutions to enhance the participation of ethnic minority women in agricultural value chains.
The workshop also highlighted key trends in agricultural supply chains for 2026, such as digital transformation, transparent traceability, green development, compliance with modern market standards, and stronger supply chain linkages. Many businesses introduced practical application models related to product traceability, agricultural logistics, digitalised input management, cost management, and financial solutions for cooperatives and agricultural enterprises.
