The tournament, held in the Mekong Delta province of An Giang from August 15-18, attracted 105 cyclists of 10 units from provinces, cities, and sectors.
Son La sent one coach and five female athletes to the tournament. They pocketed four golds in such events as individual time trial, individual points race, elimination race, and team relay; and two silver medals in the individual scratch race and team scratch race. Notably, Lo Thi Yen Nhan excelled by winning three gold medals.
