The province's Steering Committee 982 and steering committees in all 75 communes and wards have been established. The provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment has deployed 200 professional staff to provide direct support to localities, while also setting up a dashboard system to monitor implementation progress on a daily basis down to each commune and ward.

The province also created and transferred 107,224 land parcels from categories without data to those with available data. At the same time, it has maintained the stable operation of 500,759 standard-compliant land parcels on the system and updated land-use changes in real time.

Between June 1 and July 5, several localities recorded high data-update rates, including Muong La, with an average of around 1,000 land parcels updated per day, and Muong Hung and Chieng Khoong, with about 900 parcels updated daily.
