This meaningful activity demonstrated the care of the local Party Committee and authorities for those who made important, direct contributions to the Dien Bien Phu Victory, as well as to the struggle for national liberation and reunification. It awakened and promoted the patriotic tradition and the “to fight, to win” spirit of the Dien Bien Phu campaign in the cause of building and firmly defending the socialist fatherland of Vietnam.
