At the hand-over ceremony, the Chairman of the provincial VFF Committee thanked the delegation for its sentiments toward and sharing with the flood victims, and said the committee will soon deliver the money to people in areas hit by natural disasters to stabilise their lives.

Up to now, the provincial VFF Committee has received over 13.28 billion VND (528,978 USD) from units, organisations and individuals. Its Standing Board continues to call for support from organisations and individuals in the province in particular and the whole country in general to help local people overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
