Provincial leader presents Party membership badges in Son La city

Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, on January 14 presented Party membership badges to members of Son La city's Party Organization.

Also present was Ha Trung Chien, member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the city Party Committee, and Chairman of the city People's Council.

At the ceremony, Khanh awarded the 70-year membership badges to Party members Tran Minh Dung and Nguyen Dinh Tu from Quyet Thang ward. He and city leaders also presented the 65-year membership badges to 10 Party members and the 60-year to seven others. The 60-year, 65-year, 70-year, and 75-year membership badges were also handed over to the families of elderly Party members who could not attend.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee congratulated the Party members awarded and posthumously awarded with the badges, expressing his hope that they would continue to set an example, uphold and promote the revolutionary mettle and qualities of Party members, remain absolutely loyal to the Party, and fulfill their duties as Party members. He encouraged them to educate the younger generation about revolutionary traditions and inspire their descendants to abide by the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, contributing to developing Son La into a more civilised and modern city.

This time, 177 Party members of Son La city were honoured with Party membership badges of 30 to 75 years.
