The works, titled "Building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture embracing national identity" and “Building and development of Vietnam's diplomacy deeply imbued with the characteristics of "Vietnamese bamboo", highlight the theoretical and practical values of culture and foreign affairs to the cause of protecting security and order and building the people's public security force.

At the seminar, delegates discussed the content of the Party General Secretary's two works on culture, foreign affairs and diplomacy, thus clarifying their profound theoretical and practical values to the building and protection of the socialist Vietnam.

The two works are of great significance and are important directions and guiding viewpoints for the people's public security force in carrying out its tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, as well as building the Party and a truly clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern force.

The Ministry of Public Security requested the Party committees and organisations at all levels to focus on directing and organising well thematic activities on the content of the Party General Secretary's works, thus affirming and clarifying the role and responsibility of the people's public security force in building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity; a comprehensive and modern diplomacy bearing the characteristics of "Vietnamese bamboo".
