Son La province’s delegation offers incense at Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery

A delegation from Son La province led by Lo Minh Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, on July 19 offered flowers and incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery in the central province of Quang Tri.

The delegation also included Hoang Quoc Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee; members of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board; and leaders of some departments and agencies of the province.

In a solemn atmosphere, before the souls of the heroic martyrs, the officials of Son La province expressed their respect and infinite gratitude to the martyrs, who heroically sacrificed their lives for the cause of national independence and freedom.

The Party Organisation, authorities and people of all ethnic groups in Son La province will forever remember the merits and contributions of the heroic martyrs, pledging to continue promoting the glorious traditions of the nation and staying united to overcome difficulties and challenges and determined to develop a green, fast and sustainable Son La province, deserving the great sacrifices of heroic martyrs for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
