Vietnam Fatherland Front congresses in districts, Son La city completed

As of June 27, all localities in Son La province completed the organisation of their Vietnam Fatherland Front congresses for the 2024-2029 term.

The 20th Congress of Phu Yen district’s Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term.

According to the assessment of the Standing Board of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the congresses were carefully prepared in terms of document contents, personnel plans, programmes, and communications. The serious management of the congresses helped ensure the proposed contents and the prescribed time.

The congresses have become a series of extensive and vibrant political and social activities among people from all walks of life, helping people better understand the position and important political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in building and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; intensifying emulation in economic development and sustainable poverty reduction; promoting democracy, supervision and social criticism; and contributing to building the more transparent and stronger Party and government.

The completion of the congresses of districts and Son La city creates favourable conditions for the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to prepare conditions for organising its 12th Congress for the 2024-2029 term, which is scheduled to take place at the end of July.

Outside in the fields, cooperative members diligently tend to rows of organic vegetables, as well as plum, grape, peach, and strawberry trees. Inside the processing workshop, modern machinery operates day and night, producing delicious batches of dried fruit.
