Cultural space at Long Luong Peach Blossom Festival

A cultural space of Long Luong commune took place on February 9 as part of the Long Luong Peach Blossom Festival.

The team from Co Tang hamlet, Van Ho commune displays a traditional food offering.

Nine teams from various villages in the commune showcased the unique cultural space of the Mong ethnic group, including traditional clothing, farming tools, ethnic props, agricultural products, and handmade items; along with peach blossoms and peach branches on display.

Additionally, the teams cooked, presented, and gave presentations on local cuisine using locally available ingredients, such as indigenous pigs, black chickens, vegetables, tubers, and fruits, combined with traditional spices to create unique dishes. These efforts contributed to promoting the local strengths and potential, thus attracting tourists to Long Luong in particular and Van Ho in general.
