The establishment of the Mong Ethnic Group Folk Culture Club in Pa Khen 3 hamlet contributes to promoting the rich traditional cultural values of ethnic minority communities. It encourages and motivates the Mong people in particular, and ethnic minority groups in general, to actively engage in preserving their cultural identities. The club also serves the development of tourism, cultural exchanges, and helps fulfill local political tasks, while welcoming visitors to the Moc Chau National Tourism Area.
