The competing teams brought traditional dishes of the Thai ethnic group, such as smoked buffalo meat, grilled fish, rice cooked in bamboo tubes, ‘bon’ soup, five-colour sticky rice, especially dishes made from Ban flowers. With a harmonious combination of natural ingredients and typical spices, the dishes are attractive because of not only their flavour but also their delicate and creative presentation using environmentally friendly materials.

Through the presentation part, each dish is associated with interesting stories about its origin and cultural significance, helping visitors understand more about the life of the Thai people.
