To raise the rate to 70% by 2025 as planned, the provincial education and training sector has focused on attracting and optimising resources for education, and upgrading facilities to serve the preschool and general education programme in the 2020-2025 period, while giving priorities to the consolidation and development of boarding and semi-boarding schools for ethnic minorities and schools with semi-boarding students.
