The district People's Committee added 210 administrative procedures for public services across Yen Chau, and 18 others at the commune level. Up to 89.93% of the administrative procedures were processed online.
To push ahead with administrative reform, the district has further encouraged local residents and businesses to submit administrative applications and receive results online, and prioritise the cashless payment method, while raising the efficiency of coordination among agencies in settling administrative procedures, ensuring openness and transparency, and avoiding stagnation in the work.
