At the festival, delegates and people reviewed the 94th founding anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (now Vietnam Fatherland Front) (November 18, 1930 - 2024); and the results of the campaign "All people unite to build new-style rural areas and civilised urban areas" in 2024.
As a border hamlet, Muong Va has 450 households, of which 70% belong to the Lao ethnic group. Over the years, local people have always complied with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, and local regulations; stayed united and made efforts to develop the economy, and applied technical advances to production. The hamlet has over 80% of households achieving the “Family of Culture” title, and 100% of the population gaining access to television and radio programmes.
Commander Thanh expressed his hope that the hamlet will continue to build the great national unity bloc, promote the self-management movement, actively participate in protecting security and order, preventing and repelling social evils, and engage in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, thus building a rich and civilised homeland.
