This was the result of efforts to promote consultations on labour and employment policies by all-level departments, sectors and localities.

The province also focused on stabilising locals’ life, implementing policies for people who rendered service to the nation, and supporting poor households, with a total subsidy amount of more than 1.7 billion VND (69,200 USD).

Attention was also paid to guiding the implementation of regulations on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance policies for employees and businesses in the locality.
