The project was implemented along the 2km main road of the village, with 37 solar-powered light poles at a total cost of 120 million VND (4,918 USD) financed by the cluster of youth unions of Red River Delta cities and provinces.

The project was handed over to locals for management, maintenance and protection, contributing to ensuring security and order in the locality and satisfying the criteria set for a new-style rural area. This is one of the practical activities of the youth, harnessing their pioneering and volunteering role, effectively implementing the "Youth join hands to build new-style rural areas" campaign./.
