Son La city’s spring flower fair opens

The Son La city People’s Committee kicked off a spring flower fair at Tay Bac (Northwest) Square on January 17, with its opening ceremony attended by representatives from various departments and agencies.

The fair features 21 booths showcasing a wide variety of flowers, ornamental plants, and OCOP (One Commune One Product) items from cooperatives, farmers, and household businesses in Son La city and districts across the province. These booths are carefully arranged by product type to facilitate management and preservation, and provide visitors with a convenient experience.

The annual event serves as a platform for cooperatives, businesses, and farmers to connect, exchange experience, and promote the unique cultural values of different regions. It also offers residents and visitors an opportunity to immerse themselves in the festive Tet atmosphere while selecting high-quality, traceable products, thus enhancing the cultural and spiritual richness of the holiday season.

The fair will last until January 29.
