Twenty projects vie in Van Ho district secondary school science-technology competition

The Van Ho district Division of Education and Training on December 12 concluded the 2024-2025 secondary school science-technology competition, featuring 20 projects from 39 students across 14 local schools.

The projects span fields such as plant sciences, behavioral and social sciences, mechanics, embedded systems, physical energy, and software. The competition, now in its ninth edition, aims to inspire students in scientific research, engineering innovation, and technological creativity.

This year’s entries showcased diverse themes, with many projects demonstrating sound methodologies and relevance. Several submissions addressed emerging issues with broad applicability, featuring innovative ideas of both scientific and practical values, the organisers noted.

The event awarded one first, two second, three third, and six fourth prizes. Additionally, three standout projects were selected to represent Van Ho in the provincial competition for the 2024-2025 academic year./.
