Van Ho puts in place 201 online public services at district level

Van Ho has put in place 201 online public services at the district level, along with nine others at the communal level.

The district has achieved a document digitisation rate of 98.28%, with a result-returning digitisation rate of 74.36%. It is enhancing monitoring, supervision, and enforcement of administrative procedures for organisations and individuals at the one-stop shops, ensuring transparency and improving effectiveness and efficiency.

Since the beginning of this year, the one-stop shops at the district and commune levels have processed a total of 18,719 applications, of them 18,158 online. They have successfully resolved 18,708 dossiers, with 18,665 completed ahead of schedule.

Administrative procedures are handled at the one-stop shop in Van Ho district.
