The model gathers 30 members of the hamlet women's union. It aims to build families that have safe housing, have sustainable livelihoods, have good health, have knowledge and have a cultural lifestyle. It also targets clean houses, clean kitchens and clean alleys.

Members of the model are responsible for promoting these criteria and the good traditional values ​​of Vietnamese families to other women’s union members and women, and encourage them to follow the criteria.

After the launch ceremony, participating women were trained on how to fulfil the criteria and build safe houses. They were provided with general knowledge about food safety and health care for mothers and children.
