Mai Son welcomes more than 13,000 tourists

Since the beginning of 2023, Mai Son district has welcomed more than 13,000 tourists to its tourist destinations, including Muong Bon eco-tourism site, Phieng Cam tea hill, traditional craft village in Muong Chanh, and Co Noi T-junction historical relic site.

Its total revenue from tourism has surpassed 7 billion VND (287,000 USD).

Developing tourism associated with high-tech agriculture, Mai Son has promoted the attraction of tourism investment projects in potential communes like Chieng Chung, Phieng Cam, Co Noi, Hat Lot, Muong Bon, Chieng Ban, Chieng Mai and Muong Chanh.

It has also introduced typical agricultural products and local OCOP (one commune one product) products, and trained professional tourism workers.
