During the four-day course, trainees are provided with basic knowledge such as communication skills in tourism business, tourist service skills, psychological characteristics of tourists, delivery of homestay service, environmental protection and application of responsible tourism principles, and raising awareness of protecting community cultural heritage.
They also have an opportunity to directly exchange with lecturers, listen to them sharing experience and skills in serving local tourism, enhance professionalism, meet the needs of tourists, and attract more visitors to Son La in general and Moc Chau in particular, thus contributing to improving the quality of tourism products and services worthy of being a national tourist area and a leading regional nature destination.
