Phong donated a project on lighting up rural roads, including 50 solar bulbs, to Phieng Ly and Hoa San hamlets; and a "Fatherland Flag Road" model to Chieng Khoang commune. At the same time, 182 gifts were given to policy beneficiaries, those who rendered service to the nation, the elderly, prestigious people and students living in difficult circumstances. She also presented 1,250 red scarves and 2,500 Vinamilk boxes to students in Chieng Khoang commune.

On this occasion, Quynh Nhai district organised an art exchange programme in Chieng Khoang commune, with performances praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and patriotism.
