Headquarters of Son La city’s major agencies inaugurated

The headquarters of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee, and other agencies and organisations in Son La city has been put into operation recently.

The inauguration ceremony was to celebrate the 128th founding anniversary of Son La province (October 10, 1895-2023) and the 15th founding anniversary of Son La city (October 26, 2008-2023).

At the inauguration ceremony of the headquarters of the municipal Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and other agencies and organisations in Son La city.

Located in Chieng Le ward, the project includes a six-storey building which is the workplace of the municipal Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and other agencies and organisations in the city. There is another separate three-storey building for the city’s political centre, the smart urban management centre, and the citizen reception unit.

The structures are characterised by its simplicity and modernity, while still reflecting the unique cultural identity of Son La. The new headquarters is expected to help officials and public servants better perform their tasks, facilitate administrative procedures, and give a facelift to the city, towards the first-tier city status.
