NA Chairman visits Son La province

Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Vuong Dinh Hue led a delegation to visit Son La province on October 20.

Welcoming the NA Chairman and his entourage at The Nordic Village Van Ho tourist site in Hua Tat hamlet, Van Ho commune, Van Ho district was Nguyen Huu Dong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and head of the provincial Delegation of the NA Deputies.

The NA leader heard the Standing Boards of the Party Committees of Moc Chau and Van Ho districs report on the local socio-economic development. He praised the results that the two districts have achieved so far and encouraged local officials, Party members and people to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and making efforts to build Moc Chau and Van Ho into tourism centers in the country.

Put into use in 2020, The Nordic Village Van Ho tourist site covers an area of 22 hectares in the Hua Tat Pass valley with an investment capital of nearly 100 billion VND (4.07 million USD). It boasts beautiful natural scenery and cool climate all year round, and is surrounded by lush green pine forests. The tourist site has Nordic-style resorts, with many spacious, airy, luxurious, comfortable, and classy rooms. In particular, when staying here, visitors will experience the typical culture of the Mong ethnic people, along with restaurants serving specialties in the northwestern region, along with many services and tours to experience local cultures. It is now an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists.
